The last month I have been focusing on putting together a drawing tutorial for my Portrait Drawing class. I have come up “steps” for my students to follow and I will be explaining my process, step by step! I’m able to do this because I received a grant for my children’s preschool which allows me a dedicated work schedule. The woman who modeled for this portrait happens to be some kind of expert grant writer, so hopefully I get one more session on this drawing to pick her brain… I mean draw!

Very nice, Jenay. One suggestion. You might want to slow the rotation of your “slides” a bit. Especially of the ones in the beginning where getting the measurements and early block in are critical….

Hi Jenay,
Is it too late to discuss doing the uninstructed live model sessions on Wednesday instead of Monday? Charity thinks it would be fun to paint Becky in an Arwin costume, but she teaches art classes on Monday afternoon. If any of the other people who committed last night can not do Wednesdays, never mind. But if it would work out it, could be fun!
Have a great day,
Sheri
